Download and install the STIHL ProCOM Device Manager on your PC.
STIHL ProCOM Device Manager for Microsoft® Windows 7 or Later.
STIHL ProCOM Device Manager for Mac® OS Catalina (10.15) or Later
Update the firmware of your product with the STIHL ProCOM Device Manager.
Reset your product to factory default setting (refer to User's Guide) and pair your product with your Bluetooth devices again.
STIHL provides the warranty service ONLY through the vendors where the purchase of the product was made. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process is done from the original store of purchase. Please contact the store where the product was originally purchased from.
